Begin with a consistent college view
The portal focuses on students linked to your college through the application’s membership process. Review enrollments and access, then narrow the directory by department, course or pass-out year. A consistent cohort is useful when different departments need different training priorities or when your team is preparing a particular graduating class.
Opening a student profile brings their preparation evidence into one place. Use it to understand activity and recorded results before discussing support with the student. A college sign-in link can provide a familiar entry point, while access to student reports still follows the application’s membership and permission checks.
Review six preparation areas without mixing their meanings
Practice reports cover coding, SQL, technical assessments, non-technical preparation, communication and interviews. For coding and SQL, completion shows distinct available tasks solved against their configured checks. Quiz and exam reports show attempts and recorded outcomes. Interview reports give a different kind of evidence: spoken practice and saved feedback.
These measures should not be combined into an unsupported placement prediction. A student may be active but still need help with a particular concept; another may have strong results but practice irregularly. Read coverage, participation and outcomes together instead of treating one percentage as the whole picture.
Move from participation counts to the actual work
Attempt history groups activity by student so repeated attempts do not look like separate people. Review counts of completed, unfinished and in-progress work, then open the student’s attempts to see what they actually attempted. Available detailed reports preserve the relevant responses, timings, outcomes and feedback for that activity.
- Find students who have enrolled but have not started practicing.
- Compare completed work with the remaining coding and SQL tasks.
- Use a report to make a specific follow-up plan, rather than relying on a rank alone.
Use visual reports and exports for practical follow-up
Activity charts and participation leaderboards help identify regular engagement within the selected reporting view. Export the college’s student order when your team needs a spreadsheet for a review meeting or follow-up list. Participation rank describes the ranking’s recorded activity; it is not a certification of technical ability or interview readiness.
The college portal is a reporting workspace. Students continue using the preparation areas in their own accounts, while TPOs review their college’s evidence and decide the next support action. To discuss setting up your college, contact 8121840706 or vcrtechsolution@gmail.com and describe the departments and graduating years you want to support.

Common questions
Can college staff filter reports by department and graduating year?
Yes. The college reporting views support cohort filters such as department, course and pass-out year, with student profiles available for a closer review.
Does the College Admin portal create quizzes or manage the question bank?
No. The college portal is designed around enrollments, student preparation reports, activity and follow-up. Content management is not a college reporting function.
